LOTS AND LOTS OF LAUGHING......... Senior yoga is a therapeutic and gentle practice specifically designed to improve daily functions in older adults. Class focuses on balance, flexibility, ROM (Range of Motion) concentration, strength, resistance, endurance and relaxation. Class starts with a brief talk with questions and answers about yoga, followed by a brief centering with controlled yoga breathing, then asanas (postures), culminating in relaxation and meditation. Great class to reduce depression and sadness.

GET-IN-SHAPE is an aerobic fitness program created and designed by Natasha specifically for Seniors. FREE!
Enjoyable and effective, this aerobic workout is guided by music following simple dance steps. It's a party! Improves cardio fitness and releases tension. Structured to improve ROM (Range of Movement) in all their main joints --shoulders, hips, wrists, and ankles. Sponsored by City of Miami Springs Senior Center FREE!
